I'm pretty sure it wasn't although I can say that a group of us came across one that was left unlocked right at Dean Keeton and Speedway back during football season. It had been used to direct traffic on Saturday I guess but didn't get moved by Monday. Unfortunately SOMEbody didn't remember the default password that most of them are left at so it couldn't be changed.
On a side note, has youtube been terribly slow for anybody else for about a week? Some videos are fine but I'm getting a lot that just dribble along (like the linked one).
