Ok, building on Iron Man cliff notes, can anyone list the general plot outline for your average comic book movie? Like: normal guy turns into super guy etc. There has got to be a formula.
I kind of think that a flowchart might be more appropriate than a script. Are superheroes common in this world? Do you actually have super powers? Are you happy or sad about your powers? Did you have a traumatized childhood?
I think what you want is TVTropes.org which is sort of like wikipedia for "tried-and-true writing formulae (in books, TV, video games)." However, you have to sprinkle in some urbandictionary and/or Encyclopedia Dramatica as it tends to wander off rather quickly (which can be interesting but irrelevant).

so i spent 10 minutes trying to find a transcript, but failed... there was an interesting interview (i assume i heard it on npr) with stan lee regarding the development of super heroes. he wanted them to have angst and more depth than the originals. that interview may give you more insight into comic book movie plots. especially the first in a series
