I try to not eat live things in case doing so triggers programming that causes me to fall romantically in love with my father.

Despite mrflip's ire at my stance, I will pretty much not eat anything weird. For me, the more exotic types of sushi are certainly weird and some dark meat/gristle ball concoctions (Madam Mam's, anyone?) are definitely in this camp. In fact, the less it seems like an actual animal the better which is why sausage is pretty much the perfect food of all time. But maybe that's just the Wisconsin talking.

I've had raw mussels, escargot, the (at the time) hottest hot sauce in the world, and a bizarre french dish which was basically a giant bowl of fried minnows. (I'm still not sure the last one wasn't a practical joke). So I have a few bullet points on my resume, but not many.

I don't know why ndogg thinks I'd be irate -- vegetarianism aside I think I'm actually less likely to try (or enjoy trying) some weird assed food than earlier in my life.

The cuddliest thing I've eaten is roast Cuy (Guinea pig). A lot of bones, not too much meat. I like baby tako sushi, but I don't think i could eat a live one.

Squirrel. It tastes kind of... gamey, specially if you have to constantly spit out the pellets.
