Would it Kill you to Smile? - musings on the state of being "Bershon":
The spirit of bershon is pretty much how you feel when you’re 13 and your parents make you wear a Christmas sweatshirt and then pose for a family picture, and you could not possibly summon one more ounce of disgust, but you’re also way too cool to really even DEAL with it, so you just make this face like you smelled something bad and sort of roll your eyes and seethe in a put-out manner.
since the author of that saw fit to comment on how women excel at bershon and that in a way it's kind of sexy I will comment on the bizzare phenomenon of men who intentionaly push his woman's buttons to get her to exhibit this. The "bershon" look in a woman is frequently that state of pissed off that is one step below serious and dire consequences. In female "body language" it means...."you're pissing me off and if you keep it up I will kill you. But I'm giving you this sole opportunity to stop, now." The foolish male does not get this warning state and keeps on pushing.
"Oh isn't she cute when shes mad?"
If you're going to play that game then I have a quote that I am fond of. "If monkey insists on poking the tiger with a stick. Then monkey should not be surprised when tiger finally rips his arm off and hands it to him."
Not all men are masochistic enough to do this but I have personally run across at least two who did. Foolish, foolish men.
and yes...that video is awful!
Is this related to LAFC (Look Away From Camera) disease?

Speaking of bershon: This is the best thing ever. Wait, did I say best? I meant most painful. My bad.
