Love the concept but I've got to say I'm seriously underwhelmed by the execution. I feel like this site could benefit from the "Stuff White People Like" model i.e. a few well moderated things periodically. The semi-wiki version of the site leads to people putting up things like "Cooking Your Own Meal from Scratch" (not actually obsolete and the entry was not even written up, just the title) and "Bleeding patients" which the entry itself points out is not obsolete and is a useful modern technique in some cases.

That's not to mention the stuff that is basically pure spam. Apparently, an open wiki does not all problems solve.
