A theory on why the crime rate dropped in the early 90s that does not involve abortion.
Also, why does this page barf at me when I try to make an apostrophe in the URL description?
The fix I put in the other week changed the escape character treatment in the title and URL description. I have to go back and fix that.
The Freakonomics blog gave the research a tentative thumbs up back in July.
