Hard drives=hard cash. And the 2007 Physics Nobel goes to Fert and Grunberg for their discovery of giant magnetoresistance, which allows us to have all these little digital distractions.
And then there are the the other prizes. Note the one in physics. Also note that I am referencing all of these papers in my dissertation. The work my work is based on is on the same level as sex in an MRI machine.
