This man might be responsible for my career choice. He certainly was responsible for my argument with the 6th grade science teacher who told me that summer was a result of the Earth being closer to the sun.
Godspeed Mr. Wizard, you were a true inspiration.

Seriously, this is sad. I idolized him, to the point that Mr. Wizard was my dog's name too.

That's really sad. I still use an experiment that I originally learned on Mr. Wizard when teaching my students about center of mass.
