The Brewers have quietly assembled the best record in the majors - which means no more always-a-bridesmaid rides on other teams' bandwagons, natedogg; it's time for you to decide whether you'll do what it takes to get the Brewers to the playoffs.
Also: it goes without saying that the offer of a Seinfeld-style bet on the World Series stands... if you're man enough to accept it.
Well, second in the NL Central. You will note the menacing spectre of the Red Sox just two games back from the Brew Crew in the overall MLB standings. This, of course, is irrelevant to their playoff hopes.
Wait--does this mean that we could get a butler AND a chauffeur for the weekend?

Also of note, as pointed out by J. Pete Lewis, is that the Cubs are second to the Brewers.
