Man, this site is cool. I've ridden my waverunner past plenty of houses on the lake and wondered just how much they really cost. Well now I know!
Check out the price of the houses where tina stayed in SF this summer...
uhmmmm, heilig sheisse (or something). It way, way, way overestimates my friend's house (I assume). Admittedly, Zilker park area is hot and he has done a little work, but 100+% increase over original purchase price?!?! He will be pumped!!!

I wonder where that site gets its data... My house is valued 20K over the latest tax assessment and I certainly wouldn't expect to sell it for that now. Something exciting is that my house is worth more than my immediate neighbors! Just looking at them should be able to tell you that.
