Clean Water Act: According to a few developers, a bad thing. So nothing new here, environment under attack. Just amazed at the extent to which people will go to earn a buck.
Do people ever think that maybe some lands shouldn't ever be developed?
While in the construction industry I have heard of a few cases where I have raised my eyebrows at what is defined as a "wetland", in this case it wounds liek the developer is definitely being s self rightous prick.
