I think MacGyver is the closest to shining physics will ever come.

Until I manage to debut the tensor cannon, that is.

ugh, math sucks and you know it. Just a bunch of snot nosed french men really, and who cares about them?

But it's really not a fair fight when you get to use X-Treme spelling like N3mbers. Face it off against H4x0r Scene Pwners and re-assess.

This may come as a surprise to those of you with a social life. But as a physicist that doesn't, I've seen the show several times, as it is the only thing watchable on Friday evenings.

It's not a great show. However, it has Natalie from Sports Night, Dr. Joel Fleischman from Northern Exposure, and Dr. Janosz Poha of Ghostbusters 2 and Ally McBeal fame. Also it had the best explanation of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle that I've ever heard on television. Though I guess you could make the case there haven't been that many.

Are my eyes decieving me or did leroy just admit to watching Alley McBeal?

Did you see the poll?

Do you use mathematics on a day-to-day basis?

Of course. Doesn’t everybody? 80.88%
Probably, but don’t ask me how. 13.24%
Not daily, but most days. 5.88%

Speaking of CSI and ňŲmߣ|2$: How Military Geologists unravelled the Mystery of the Japanese Vengance Balloons. Sounds like a Three Investigators case.

Are you sure it's not for the History Detectives, or possibly the Shut-In Detectives?
