Everyone knows by now my intense love of Wikipedia, where anyone can submit or edit encyclopedia articles. Well, my mind is currently being blown by the January 1 lauch of Wikipes, the open-source recipe book. There aren't a lot of items up yet, but keep it in your bookmarks and tell your friends because in six months to a year I'll be linking all food related posts from here.
I don't know crap about putting jam on it but I love a tasty side of shamon.
